This monoblock valve is a hydraulic directional control valve. These valves are used to start and stop fluid flow into hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors.

You’ll need to answer the following questions:
Is the flow through this valve less than 11 GPM?
If not, then we have larger P80 valves
that can accommodate up to 21 GPM. If installing on a tractor please check tractor-data.com, it will say under the hydraulics – “Pump Flow” – of the data sheet. The GPM flow may be printed on the pump itself.
Do you have an open-center hydraulic system?
If you’re installing this on a tractor please check tractor-data.com, it will say under the hydraulics of the data sheet. These valves are setup for use on open-center hydraulic systems. If you do have a closed-center system you’ll need to get the

NOTE
: None of our valves have load-sensing capabilities.
Do you have other valves downstream from this valve
(Examples include: Other Control Valves, Rear Remote Valve, Backhoe Valve, 3-Point Valve)? If so, you’ll need the

to provide pressure and flow to those valves.
Note
: This is only needed on open-center hydraulic systems. If you have a closed-center system, you will tee into a pressure line to connect other valves.
Are you operating a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor?
If you’re operating a hydraulic cylinder you’ll need to get “A” spools for double acting cylinders, if you’re operating a hydraulic motor you’ll need “D” spools for motor control.
Note
: “D” spools cannot be used for operating hydraulic cylinders and “A” spools cannot be used to operate hydraulic motors.
How do I connect this valve to my hydraulic system?
This valve has a pressure line (Inlet), tank line (outlet), work ports (A/B ports that go to hydraulic cylinder or motor), and optional power beyond port (N Port, used to connect valves downstream). Some common examples of connecting this valve below, however it is possible to connect it in different configurations than shown.

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. If ordering during operating hours we typically ship within 24 hours. If you placed your order during the weekend, we’ll ship your order on Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information through eBay. If your order is over 20 pounds, it will ship via UPS. If your order is under 20 lbs, it will ship via USPS.
Unsure where your order is? First, ensure that your item has shipped by checking for a notification of shipment in your purchase history. If your item hasn’t shipped, then it will soon. If your item has shipped, please check the tracking information. We have no more information than you once the item has shipped. There occasionally are delays in shipping, and you can call your local post office or UPS store to get updates as well. If there has been no update on a shipment for 5 business days in a row, please let us know and we’ll figure out a solution.
4. Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, Summit Hydraulics warrants all valves manufactured by Summit Hydraulics for a period of one (1) year and all Quick Couplers for a period of (180) days from the date of purchase against operational failure solely to the extent caused by defective materials or workmanship, provided that: (a) such failure occurs during use of the Product in conformance with the Product Specifications provided by Summit Hydraulics, and (b) there has been no disassembly, damage during shipment, abuse, misuse, misapplication, maintenance, alteration, or improper installation or maintenance or repair of the Product. Warranty coverage is conditioned upon Customer: (a) advising Summit Hydraulics in writing of the warranty claim, within fifteen (15) days of the alleged operational failure, (b) obtaining from Summit Hydraulics warranty personnel an RGA and location for return of the Product, (c) complying with all applicable procedures and instructions from Summit Hydraulics regarding the return of Product, (d) providing to Summit Hydraulics a complete written report of the circumstances of the claimed operational failure of the Product, and (e) providing Summit Hydraulics a reasonable time to inspect the Product and investigate the claim.
Summit Hydraulics’ only obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be as follows: If Summit Hydraulics determines, in its sole judgment, that an operational failure has occurred in a Product manufactured by Summit Hydraulics, that the Product was being used properly, and that such operational failure was caused solely by defective materials or workmanship, Summit Hydraulics will, at its sole option, either refund the price paid by Customer for the Product, or replace the Product or part and pay shipping charges incurred as a result thereof for the lowest round-trip transportation charges from Summit Hydraulics’ Customer’s location to a designated Summit Hydraulics location for return. An inspection fee, plus shipping and handling, will apply to all returns that do not result from an operational failure, as determined by Summit Hydraulics.
