pattern, color, and condition!!
European in origin (I purchased this in The Czech Republic about 20 years ago), this Beautifully colored and complete set measures:  Opal Milk Glass Tray is 8 1/2″ long, 1″ tall, and 2 1/4″ wide; each of the five pots are approximately 1 5/8″ to 1 3/4″ tall.  The covers are all ground to fit the caps.  The base of the set is numbered “700” on the underside.
